To allow subscription members to access the notes created in the author portal (which is based on WordPress), those members need to have user accounts.
Among the right-side sections for a contact, there is a section titled “Franchise links”, and for each available user, you can click the “globe” icon to get to the account management dialog for the user:
The account management dialog allows you to perform several useful actions:
- Creating the user account (aka “Site User”)
- Update the user’s password
- Send a password reset e-mail.
