Notes can be presented in different mediums:
- As a Web Page, possibly embedded into the franchise’s web site
- As a PDF, usually sent via e-mail
- As an E-mail Newsletter

¶ Customizing the Company Statistics Sidebar
To customize the Company Statistics Sidebar, click on the Author Settings button in the Content Portal dashboard:
This will lead you to the per-company settings page:
Clicking on the Configure Settings link for a particular company will lead you to the form for configuring the sidebar data fields and other information:
- Estimate Date Range is the date range for financial statistics on the sidebar (“Financials”)
- Data Fields is the list of fields that will be shown in the sidebar for this company
- Company Description if present, overrides the default company description
